Informal / Instinctive Architecture
As I have mentioned in many other posts, undefined spaces are an interesting part of architectural planning. The spaces that are created by the people who inhabit them tend to have more of a sense of space than those with intentional purpose.
Architectural Senses
Using the visual, textural, scented and aural to seek emotions and connectivity from the user is an interesting way of engaging them within the site.
