W08 Tutorial Reflection

The proposal of my building relies greatly on the advanced infrastructure that would be implemented in the next 50 years. As mentioned in the stages in "W07 Tutorial Reflection" (http://sianfarrell.blogspot.com.au/2012/09/w07-tutorial-reflection.html), a community Masterplan needs to be put in place to assist in the success of Padding Central.

The community enrichment precinct is not to be a stand alone model that imposes itself on Paddington. Community engagement architecture is something that should be inspired by and influenced by the community itself. Within the Paddington Central context, Latrobe Terrace will need to be revised to be permeable to the residents around it. It will need to include the existing tenancies as well as other context based businesses that are there not solely for profit. A new business model would need to be implemented to regulate those looking to come into Paddington.
