W02 Reading Reflection: Urban Form and Locality

Urban form & locality discusses very common ideas so I thought I would illustrate my understanding in the following:


Though there are many relevant concepts that need to be considered when urban and master planning at all scales, the context of the location needs to be considered for wherever is proposed. For example, Brisbane requires a combination of urban sprawl and high density living to survive. As we do not currently have the infrastructure in the city to sustain a car-free community, our CBD has a high number of cars as well as our suburbs.
